At our Barber Shop, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Netzel's Barbershop experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
RUNNING LATE
Please make every effort to show up on time. If you're late to your appointment we can only guarantee the time slot you booked for. If there's another person immediately after you, your appointment will be cut short so that they can start on time.
CANCELLATIONS
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 12 hours before your appointment, just give shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee.
DO YOU CUT KID'S HAIR?
Yes! The price for a kid's haircut is $50. And in the unlikely event your child needs a beard trim its $25. Book as you normally do.
DO YOU ONLY CUT MEN'S HAIR?
Anyone and everyone is welcomed to sit in our chairs. However, we only cut traditional men's styles.
